When is it going to be chocolate puddings turn to be the next big thing in dessert?

I mean, really.. we have crazy cupcakes, wild ice cream flavors, and every donut combination under the fucking sun. But when, WHEN will we see chocolate pudding have its moment to SHINE?

Think about it, when’s the last time you turned to your friend and said “lets spend our valuable saturday afternoon checking out that dope pudding spot that we keep seeing everywhere on instagram”

Errm, i’m going to bet a big fat never? But why is that?? Why isn’t chocolate pudding as relevant in our lives as it truly should be? Why don’t we talk more about how delicious it is, and less about things that cause us ulcers like Donald Trump.

Yea.. lets bring chocolate pudding back into our lives, but lets start with this dairy-free version, because thats the shit I’m into these days.

3 ingredient dairy free chocolate pudding

makes 4-5 1/2 cup servings

1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cold almond milk

2 tbs cornstarch

Start by sifting or whisking together 2 tbs cornstarch into the dry instant pudding mix. Slowly add in your cold almond milk, and fold mixture until fully incorporated. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or pour mixture into a saucepan to heat on a low flame and enjoy your pudding warm! (my favorite way to eat it whenever I need something super comforting!)
